FAQs What camping options are available? Field and forest camping is available, as are limited indoor sleeping spaces and RV spots for folks who need them. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need electricity and/or indoor accommodations and/or an RV site (first come, first served as needed). Curious about car camping? Read below. What are my parking options? If you arrive by 1pmFriday and stay until after 4pmSunday, parking is free in our lower Weekend Parking Meadow. Car camping is allowed in the Weekend Parking Meadow, if you arrive before 1pmFriday." If you come later, or plan to leave earlier, you can park in the upper Farmer's Field at the Registration area. A weekend pass for that area is $10 cash. NO car camping allowed in the Farmer's Field. What is the meal situation? As always, attendees will be asked to bring donations of food for our kitchen staff to transform into wonderful and healthy meals for all. 6 Meals included over the weekend with your ticket are: Fri Dinner; Sat Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner; and Sun Breakfast & Lunch. Menus will include Vegan, Gluten-Free and Omnivore selections at each meal. What else is helpful for me to bring into the event? Attendees are suggested to bring their own dishes, utensils and water bottle. Bring a portable chair and flashlight as well - after all, this is Camp! What is the volunteer requirement? Each attendee age 12 and over is asked to offer 2 hours of their time as a volunteer during the event; you can sign up for your time and station assignment at the registration booth across from the field parking. What are the expectations for child supervision? Parents are expected to be responsible for their children when kids are not safely supervised in age-appropriate scheduled classes. Can I bring animals into the event? Service animals are permitted with authorization; they must be able to interface with the dogs and chickens of Camp Singing Wind. No non-service animals, please. What's the refund policy? No Refunds Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No. We will have a will call list. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes.
