• Description: Permaculture has evolved from its origins as an approach to “permanent agriculture” and “permaculture culture” to embrace notions such as “social permaculture” and even – despite Bill Mollison’s claims to the contrary – the “politics of permaculture,” as Terry Leahy puts it. In this session we’ll add the dimension of economics to the discussion and consider what an integrated permaculture economy might look like and how we begin now to design and build it.
