NW Permaculture Speaker Series The Northwest Permaculture Convergence is planning a series of zoom presentations starting Saturday, Sept. 17 2022. Scheduling is still in the works but an exciting series of permaculture presentations is anticipated that will extend well into 2023. Leading permaculture educators in the Northwest will be featured over this time period. We expect 4 to 5 presentations on the 17th and then single monthly presentations. We know Jan Spencer will be with us on the 17th. He will be starting his own 3 part series, hosted by the NWPCC set for Sept 17, 24 and Oct. 1. Jan will show and tell how permaculture can be applied to lifestyles, economics, urban land use and outreach to the wider community. Jan will also host a permaculture site tour, Sunday, Sept. 18, meeting at 11 AM, at 212 Benjamin, Jan's home in Eugene. The tour will visit impressive sites with a wide range of landscape and social permaculture features, previews of a preferred future. The tour is free. You can find more about Jan's 3 presentations and site tour at https://www.suburbanpermaculture.org/best-of-series.html Updated details about the other speakers and topics on the 17th and the series going into the Fall and Winter of 2023 will be available on the home page (or Convergence page). Open Invite to Permaculture Speakers & Storytellers For Sept 17th and our ongoing monthly series, we invite presenters and story tellers, both experts and new practitioners to apply here. Anyone with a story to tell, even a small one is invited to apply.
